Elder Care

As we finish 1 Timothy 5, we find Paul’s instructions of “Elder Care” but not in the sense we usually think.  Just as the church has responsibility for the “order of older widows” (5:9-16), so it has responsibilities for the men who serve as spiritual leaders and teachers in the church (5:17-25).  It’s more than what you may think, though.
