Your [spiritual] Gifts vs. Church Needs

Sometimes there appears to be tension between the ministry needs/opportunities God places before the church and the gifting/calling of those He places in the church. The tension is only because of our limited human perspective, but Christians still want to know how to discern to what God has called them usually mostly in light of the gift(s) He has given.
